STRICT POLICY ON SHIPPING CHARGES: At Starlit Fragrance, we specialize in high-concentration, expensive Eau De Parfums that require specialized handling and secure packaging. Therefore, WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Every parcel is treated as a high-value celestial asset to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
For Retail Bottles (Shine, Rush, and Signature Duo):
For Perfume Decants:
We are proud to share the “Starlit” experience globally.
We do not accept returns on Perfume Decants, Attars, or Testers under any condition.
For Retail Packs (Full Bottles): Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, factory-sealed condition (cellophane intact). We will not accept returns if the seal is tampered with, or if the reason is based on personal scent preference or perceived “weakness” of the fragrance.
Mandatory Requirement: AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. To claim a replacement for items damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened.
Starlit Fragrance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
