STRICT POLICY ON SHIPPING CHARGES: At Starlit Fragrance, we specialize in high-concentration, expensive Eau De Parfums that require specialized handling and secure packaging. Therefore, WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Every parcel is treated as a high-value celestial asset to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
Our Courier Partners: We primarily use BlueDart Priority Service for the majority of our parcels. In the event a pincode is not serviceable by BlueDart, we utilize Delhivery, DTDC, or IndiaPost.
Shipping Rates: * Regular Shipping: Flat Rate of ₹150 per order.
Express Shipping: Flat Rate of ₹1000 per order.
North East India Shipping: Please DO NOT choose Priority/Express shipping for Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, or Tripura. For these regions, we exclusively use Ecom Express, Delhivery, or IndiaPost.
2. Delivery Timelines
For Retail Bottles (Shine, Rush, and Signature Duo):
Dispatch: Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.
Delivery: Generally takes 5-8 working days.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day aim to be shipped the same day, provided payment is confirmed and stock is available.
Holiday Note: Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the following working day.
Important Note: Because our elite essential oils and components are often imported from abroad, customs clearances may occasionally add 1-3 days to the usual shipping timeline.
For Perfume Decants:
Dispatch: 1-3 working days.
Delivery: 4-10 working days.
Why the delay? Our decants are freshly made on an order-basis to ensure the top notes remain vibrant. This artisanal process takes time to execute perfectly.
3. International Shipping
We are proud to share the “Starlit” experience globally.

Payment: We accept payment only via Bank Transfer for international orders. We do not accept PayPal.
Estimated Cost: International shipping usually ranges between ₹2500 – ₹4000 via IndiaPost (includes complete tracking). Delivery takes approx. 4-10 working days, subject to customs.
Customs & Duties: Any customs charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Final Sale: All international sales are final; returns or adjustments will not be entertained once the shipment has been dispatched.
4. Tracking & Cancellations
Tracking: A confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent immediately after shipment. For queries, contact starlitofficial99@gmail.com.
Cancellation of Retail Packs: You may cancel within 6 hours of placing the order, subject to a 4% Bank Charge penalty.
Non-Cancellable Items: * Decant orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once placed.
Back-order/Special Import items are procured specifically for you from international suppliers. These cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded regardless of delivery timelines or personal preference changes.
General Scenario: If an order has already been “processed,” it cannot be cancelled. Starlit Fragrance reserves the sole right to decide on cancellations.
5. Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns on Perfume Decants, Attars, or Testers under any condition.
For Retail Packs (Full Bottles): Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, factory-sealed condition (cellophane intact). We will not accept returns if the seal is tampered with, or if the reason is based on personal scent preference or perceived “weakness” of the fragrance.
Mandatory Requirement:AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. To claim a replacement for items damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened.
Process: Email your Order Number and the reason for return (with the unboxing video) to our support team. Only ship the item back after receiving our written confirmation.
Timeframe: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs: There are no extra charges for the delivery of replacement items if the claim is valid.
6. Refund Policy
Unavailability: If a product is unavailable or we cannot ship on time, a 100% refund will be provided if the customer requests it.
Service Areas: If your delivery address is outside our courier service area, a 100% refund will be issued.
Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable courier for any authorized returns. Starlit Fragrance is not responsible for returned packages lost or mishandled in transit. We do not refund original shipping or insurance costs.
Starlit Fragrance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
