Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges (as outlined in our Shipping Policy) are additional unless otherwise stated.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and net banking. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Product Authenticity and Warranty
We guarantee that all products sold by Starlit Fragrance are 100% authentic, crafted as high-concentration Eau De Parfum (EDP) using premium imported oils.
Any concerns regarding product authenticity or manufacturing defects must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Fraud Prevention and Misuse Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violations.
Users engaging in chargeback fraud or policy abuse may be permanently banned from our platform.
7. Bulk Orders & Wholesale Terms
Bulk orders for corporate gifting or events are subject to approval and additional verification.
Wholesale customers must comply with additional agreements, including resale restrictions and minimum order quantities.
8. Customer Reviews & Moderation Policy
We encourage honest reviews of your celestial experience. However, we reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, false claims, or promotional content.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with our fragrances.

We do not share customer data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., sharing details with BlueDart or Delhivery) and improve our services.
10. Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text (including scent descriptions for Shine and Rush), photographs, and graphics, as well as the trademarks and logos contained therein.
Your use of our Services: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services and download/print copies of content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
