Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order, subject to order status and payment gateway or bank charges.

Processed, dispatched, decant, back-order, special import and customized orders may not be cancellable. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method wherever possible.
