Payment Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and verification. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference, order details, and screenshot if available.

Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway systems. Starlit Fragrance does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, net banking password, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a transaction fails or remains pending, please do not place repeated orders immediately unless you are sure the payment was not debited. Bank and gateway reversals may take several business days depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
